Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall hotel operations and daily activities.
Supervise all departments and ensure smooth coordination.
Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
Control operational costs, inventory and expenses.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards.
Coordinate with Head Office for operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of hotel operations experience.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Experience in resort or hill-station operations preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
