We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Estimation Engineer with experience in commercial HVAC contracting to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and techno-commercial quotations for HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
Review HVAC drawings, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and associated materials.
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial quotations.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
Calculate material, labour, equipment, installation, and other project-related costs.
Identify scope gaps, technical deviations, and cost optimisation prospects.
Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project execution teams.




Prepare tender submissions and ensure timely submission of quotations.
Maintain estimation records, vendor rate databases, and project cost data.

Required Qualifications & Skills
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably in commercial HVAC contracting.
Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and HVAC equipment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
