Hiring: WhatsApp Business API & Automation Specialist

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 In-Hand per month

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates with practical experience in WhatsApp Business API platforms, bulk messaging and automated customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate WhatsApp Business API platforms such as WATI, AiSensy, Interakt, Gupshup or Twilio.
Set up automated messages, follow-up journeys and basic chatbot flows.
Manage broadcasts, message templates and template approvals.
Organize and segment customer and prospect databases.
Monitor campaign delivery, responses and enquiries.
Maintain opt-in/opt-out records and follow WhatsApp policies.

Required Skills:




6+ months of qualified WhatsApp marketing and automation experience.
Hands-on knowledge of at least one WhatsApp Business API platform.
Understanding of campaign automation and contact segmentation.
Positive Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

Candidates with practical API platform experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
