Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare and file GST, TDS, VAT, and other statutory returns (as applicable)
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements
Process payroll and employee reimbursements
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable understanding of statutory compliance and financial regulations
