Aristo Hospital is hiring enthusiastic male and female candidates for the Hospital Receptionist position in Madurai. Freshers with any degree qualification are most welcome to apply.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge to assist patients and manage front desk activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the hospital reception.
Handle patient enquiries and provide information about hospital services.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate patient registration details and front desk records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a polite, skilled, and helpful attitude while interacting with patients.
Support daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Follow hospital policies regarding patient information and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Any degree qualification.
Freshers are most welcome to apply.
Both male and female candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a hospital setting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
