Job Description

We are hiring a Career Counselor to handle walk-in enquiries, guide students on IT training programs, and convert prospective leads into admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle office walk-in enquiries and provide career counseling.
Explain course details, fees, training programs, and placement support.
Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain enquiry records and admission reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in sales, counseling, or admissions preferred.
EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
Target-oriented with a skilled attitude.
Proficiency in Tamil and English.

Work Location: SkillFort Institute, Navalur, Chennai.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
