Assess students’ academic levels and identify areas where they need improvement.
Conduct additional teaching sessions for students who struggle to understand classroom lessons.
Teach and reinforce essential concepts in Mathematics, English, Science, and other assigned subjects.
Develop suitable teaching materials, revision exercises, and worksheets based on students’ learning requirements.
Use practical examples and different teaching techniques to make challenging topics easier to understand.
Help students improve their reading, writing, calculation, comprehension, and analytical abilities.
Evaluate learning outcomes through class activities, assignments, and periodic tests.
Maintain individual progress records and modify teaching methods when necessary.




Work with subject teachers and parents to support students’ academic development.
Encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and develop independent learning habits.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation or Postgraduation in a relevant subject.
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification will be an advantage.
Experience in teaching middle-school students or providing extra academic support is preferred.
Freshers with positive subject knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
