TaskUs is hiring Customer Service Executives for its US/Canada blended process. Candidates will handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls and chat support.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: HSC / Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/customer service.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.




Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable handling both voice and chat processes.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs.
Interview: Virtual.
