Position: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to manage daily café operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, customer service, cash handling, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth shift management.
Manage and guide stewards, baristas, cashiers, and other team members.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
Ensure staff attendance,



grooming, and adherence to company policies.
Prepare shift handover reports and update the café manager on daily operations.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality setup.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Knowledge of POS billing, cash handling, and basic inventory management.
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Versatile to work in rotational shifts.

Education: Graduate or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
