We are looking for a proactive HR executive with up to 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, daily HR operations, and employee engagement. If you have outstanding organizational skills and love working with people, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates via portals (LinkedIn, Indeed), screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule virtual/F2F interviews.
HR Operations: Maintain daily attendance tracking, manage leave requests, and assist with onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee morale events.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 2 years in recruitment or general HR operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and robust multi-tasking abilities.
