We are looking for an experienced Senior Research Analyst to support academic and PhD research projects. The candidate should have robust analytical skills and the ability to understand, evaluate and organize technical research papers.

Responsibilities:
Understand and analyse PhD research topics.
Review research papers from IEEE, Google Scholar and other academic databases.
Identify research gaps and relevant literature.
Prepare structured research documentation.
Organize research findings into appropriate categories.
Ensure accuracy and quality of research references.

Requirements:
BE / ME / M.Sc / PhD in relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of research-related experience.
Robust analytical and documentation skills.
Knowledge of academic journals and research databases.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
