Hiring: Global Sales Associate – Student Counselling

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and result-oriented Global Sales Associate – Student Counselling to connect with prospective students and parents, understand their learning requirements, recommend suitable educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic needs and learning goals.
Recommend suitable courses and personalized learning programs based on individual requirements.
Explain course features, program perks, and enrollment details effectively.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments by addressing queries and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
Manage leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and parents.




Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes to support enrollment conversions.
Guide students and parents through the admission process, application forms, and documentation.
Address fee-related queries and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Maintain skilled relationships with prospects throughout the counselling journey.

Qualifications

Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admission counselling, educational sales, or customer engagement.
Experience in the education or EdTech sector will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
