To plan, schedule and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion of customer orders, optimum machine utilisation and availability of materials and resources.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Assembly and Quality departments.
Monitor job progress against planned schedules and ensure timely completion.
Allocate jobs to machines based on capacity, priorities and delivery commitments.
Identify production bottlenecks, delays and resource constraints and take corrective action.
Monitor raw material, components and bought-out items availability.
Maintain production schedules, work orders and daily MIS reports.
Track WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure minimum production lead time.




Coordinate with the sales team for priority orders and urgent customer requirements.
