Identify and source suitable lands for real-estate development and construction projects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with landowners, brokers, agents and property consultants.
Negotiate land prices and commercial terms with landowners.
Coordinate land surveys, site inspections and property evaluations.
Coordinate with legal teams for land document verification, ownership details, patta, chitta, EC and other relevant approvals.
Follow up with government departments and local authorities for land-related approvals and documentation.
Coordinate with legal, technical and management teams throughout the land acquisition process.
Identify current business opportunities and potential real-estate projects.




Generate leads through networking, referrals, brokers and direct market visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, landowners, channel partners and business associates.
Explore joint venture (JV) and joint development (JD) opportunities.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve company targets.
Prepare business proposals, project details and market reports.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and land prices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
