About the Role

Planning Labs is looking for an experienced Finance & Commercial professional to strengthen financial planning, project profitability, cash-flow management and commercial controls across our agency operations.

Key Responsibilities
Review monthly revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow.
Establish project-wise costing and profitability reporting.
Review event budgets, vendor costs and commercial quotations.
Develop cash-flow forecasts and working capital plans.
Track client receivables, payment follow-ups and collections.
Review outstanding vendor payments and payment schedules.
Establish financial dashboards and management reporting.
Support annual budgeting and resource planning.




Coordinate with the internal accountant and external CA.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Advise management on financial risks and expansion decisions.

Candidate Requirements
7+ years of experience in finance, commercial management or financial consulting.
Strong Excel, budgeting and financial reporting skills.
Experience in project-based businesses, agencies or service companies preferred.
Knowledge of cash-flow planning and working capital management.
Ability to provide actionable financial recommendations.
