Job Description – English Facilitator (Grades 3 & 4)

Role Overview

Campus K International School is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic English Facilitator to teach Grades 3 and 4, fostering solid language skills, communication, creativity, and a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Develop students' reading, writing, listening, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Encourage creative writing, vocabulary development, grammar, and effective communication.
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to engage young learners.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Create an inclusive, positive, and stimulating classroom workplace.




Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support student development.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant discipline.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary grades.
Experience with Cambridge or international curricula will be an advantage.
