I am a owner of a restaurant named vatika and its a 30 yrs old restaurent .We are looking for an experienced Biryani Cook to prepare authentic, flavorful biryanis and lead our specialty rice station. In this role, you will be responsible for marinating meats, blending traditional spices, perfecting dum-style cooking, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation. You will also manage prep work, monitor inventory, and maintain strict kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
