Job Summary

Dr. Rekha Ayurveda Clinic is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all departments, including sales, logistics, inventory, finance, and administration.
Manage and coordinate teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor daily business performance, operational expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and product dispatch.
Ensure proper coordination between consultation, nutrition, pharmacy, sales, and customer support teams.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve operational issues and implement effective problem-solving strategies.




Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Monitor team productivity, allocate responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to support business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Robust leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, finance, and administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting tools.
Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or clinic operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
