Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruitment, and a passion for identifying and hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Make approximately 100 calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for timely feedback.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates.
Skills and Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
Proactive approach, strong follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment will be an advantage.
