Job Description – Customer Support (Shipping & Logistics)

Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Experience: 2+ YearsSalary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional with a strong background in the Cargo, Shipping Line, and Freight Forwarding industry. The candidate should have practical experience in shipping line operations, freight forwarding, shipment documentation, checklist filing, and the Audex portal. The role involves coordinating with customers, shipping lines, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processing and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day customer support activities related to cargo, shipping, and logistics operations.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, and internal operations teams.
Prepare, verify, and manage shipment-related checklists and documentation.
Work on the Audex portal for shipping and logistics documentation.
Provide timely shipment status updates and resolve customer queries.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer communication and shipment activities.




Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve shipment and documentation issues.

Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Cargo / Shipping / Logistics industry.
Candidates must have experience working with Shipping Lines.
Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly preferred.
Practical knowledge of shipping documentation and checklist filing.
Working knowledge of the Audex portal is required.
Good customer handling, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and documentation requirements.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced logistics environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates from the Cargo, Shipping Line, and Freight Forwarding industry.
Solid understanding of shipment processing and logistics operations.
Experience in customer support or customer coordination within the shipping industry.

Significant Screening Criteria:

Cargo Industry Experience + Shipping Line Experience + Freight Forwarding Knowledge are the key requirements for this position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
