We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers / Customer Relationship Executives to join our team in Surat.

This role is suitable for freshers candidates, college students, housewives, and experienced candidates looking for versatile part time or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
Handle enquiries and follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into customers.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Build professional relationships with customers.

What We're Looking For
10th pass or above, graduates preferred.
Freshers are welcome training will be provided.




Good Hindi communication skills.
Basic English are an advantage.
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
