Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Coordinate with sales, operations, customer support, and other internal teams to meet client expectations.
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews.
Maintain accurate client records, account information, and interaction history in the CRM system.
Track account performance, client retention, and relationship management metrics.
Prepare reports on client activities, business prospects, and account status.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure effective resolution.
Support client onboarding, renewals, and contract discussions where applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
