Key Responsibilities
Design and develop customizations in Finacle Core 11.x.
Understand requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and ensure customization quality.
Coordinate packaging and deployment activities.
Debug issues and provide post-deployment support during UAT.
For lead candidates: manage and mentor the team, assign tasks, and track progress.
Apply functional knowledge of Finacle Core to deliver effective solutions.
