Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) who will be the face of Mokro. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for every guest while efficiently managing guest inquiries and reservations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with menu information, restaurant services, and special requests.
Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Address guest feedback and resolve concerns courteously.
Follow up on reservation inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain guest records and support customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Represent Mokro with professionalism, confidence,



and a positive attitude.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, reception, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic spoken English.
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and guest interactions.
Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation or POS software is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

The Guest Relations Executive is expected to maintain a professional appearance.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
