We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to guide couples through their fertility treatment journey, explain treatment procedures, and provide emotional support throughout the IVF process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and couples regarding infertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and associated costs in coordination with doctors.
Provide emotional support and maintain patient confidentiality.
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
Explain consent forms and assist with treatment-related documentation.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations and treatment progress.
Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and the billing team.
Maintain patient records and counselling reports.
Support patient satisfaction and ethical treatment communication.
Qualifications
Graduate in Psychology, Counselling, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in IVF, fertility clinics, or healthcare counselling is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IVF procedures and fertility treatments is an added advantage.
