Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Executive Relationship Manager to join our bancassurance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BFSI sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers.
Promote and sell life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Generate leads and identify potential customers through bank branches.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with bank staff to maximize business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance).
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or insurance preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer-handling and sales abilities.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Graduation preferred.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
