Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage maintenance teams at glass processing units in Bangalore and Kerala.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and machine breakdowns.
Ensure optimal functioning of machinery by scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technicians for effective resolution.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and safety practices.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience (5+ years)



as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial or manufacturing setup, preferably glass processing or similar industries.
Robust knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Willingness to travel between units in Bangalore and Kerala.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
