We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Interior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and executing interior design and fit-out projects.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and successfully delivering interior projects within the given timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise interior projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely project execution.
Manage project schedules, materials, manpower, and budgets.
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Handle site-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure safety standards and proper project documentation.
Provide regular project progress updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in interior project management.
Robust knowledge of interior fit-out and execution works.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities efficiently.
Strong knowledge of materials, site execution, and project coordination.
Salary & Perks
