Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
Solid sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients

Skilled, confident, and presentable personality

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads
Handle client inquiries and site visits
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with prospective clients and drive conversions
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process
