HACON Engineers specializes in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel fabrication and erection and industrial construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced PEB Erection Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate erection teams, and ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise PEB and structural steel erection activities at project sites.
Coordinate erection teams, subcontractors, crane operators, and equipment.
Execute work according to approved erection drawings, layouts, and project schedules.
Supervise column erection, rafter assembly, bracing, purlins, roofing, cladding, and related works.
Check column alignment, levels, verticality, bolt tightening, and structural connections.
Plan daily manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
Monitor daily work progress and report updates to management.
Coordinate material unloading, stacking, handling, and site inventory.
Ensure proper use of PPE, lifting equipment, fall protection, and secure erection practices.
Identify site issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower attendance, and site records.
Coordinate with clients and other contractors for smooth site execution.




Monitor workmanship, minimize material wastage, and ensure completion within the planned schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred. Experienced candidates with relevant site knowledge may also apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in PEB or structural steel erection preferred.
Ability to read and understand PEB erection and structural drawings.
Knowledge of steel erection sequences, bolted connections, roofing, and cladding.
Experience coordinating erection gangs, cranes, and subcontractors.
Good understanding of site safety and quality requirements.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple site responsibilities.
Willingness to travel and stay at project locations when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
