Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various sources and identify potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain apartment and villa projects.
Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups.
Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Convert potential leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required:
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in real estate sales.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
