Assistant Production Manager – Glass & Home Décor

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, and machine utilisation.
Supervise production teams and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Packaging teams.
Monitor production quality, rejection, wastage, and productivity.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper material availability and timely order execution.
Maintain daily production reports, MIS,



and performance records.
Support the Production Manager in achieving efficiency and delivery targets.

Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
Experience in Glass, Metal, Candles, Hardgoods, or Home Décor manufacturing preferred.
Positive knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and shop-floor management.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production MIS.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
