Position: Pastoral Care Coordinator

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinators with experience in student well-being, safeguarding, counselling support, and student guidance. Candidates should be committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning workplace that promotes students' emotional, social, and personal development.

Interview Drive:

The selection process will involve face-to-face interviews, scheduled to take place in Guwahati, Assam, on 12th December 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.




Experience in student well-being, safeguarding, counselling support, and student guidance.
Ability to identify student needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.
Knowledge of child protection, student safety, and safeguarding practices.
Experience working in Cambridge or ICSE schools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in student counselling, pastoral care, or student support services is preferred.
Robust interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
