About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with joining formalities and onboarding of current employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in preparing HR reports and daily recruitment updates.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support the HR team in employee engagement activities.




Assist with other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced workplace.
