About the Company

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial records and receivables.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and debit/credit notes.
Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash and bank transactions.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
Prepare GST working for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and monitor input tax credit.
Calculate and maintain TDS records, including applicable deductions.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, income tax and annual compliance.
Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
Receivables & Payables Management
Monitor outstanding payments from government hospitals, private hospitals and institutional customers.
Prepare debtor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.




Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts.
Maintain vendor payment schedules and outstanding liabilities.
Track deductions, short payments and pending credit notes.
Inventory & Financial Reporting
Reconcile inventory records with purchase and sales entries.
Assist in stock valuation and inventory verification

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in medical distribution, pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale trading or institutional supplies.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts.
Good communication skills and a professional working attitude.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
