Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily stitching operations and achieve production targets.
Allocate work and monitor operator productivity.
Ensure stitching quality and minimise defects.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
Ensure proper utilisation of manpower and materials.
Maintain daily production and rejection reports.
Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with quality and production teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in textile or stitching operations.
Knowledge of stitching machines,
production processes, and quality standards.
Manpower handling and production planning skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Production target achievement.
Stitching quality and defect reduction.
Manpower and machine productivity.
Minimum material wastage and rework.
Overall Responsibility: Ensure quality stitching, achieve production targets, and maintain productive manpower and machine utilisation.
