Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and policies.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Explain policy perks, premiums, and terms clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in insurance sales, health insurance, or the BPO sales process is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may be considered, depending on company requirements.
