Key Roles and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection protocols
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to establish quality benchmarks
Conduct routine audits, inspections, and internal process reviews
Identify defects, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant industry standards
Lead root cause investigations using FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams
Work closely with suppliers, QA/QC teams, and external auditors
Maintain quality documentation and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders
Use tools like Minitab, SPC, and DOE to analyze and improve production quality
Stay updated on emerging quality trends, tools, and best practices





Required Skills and Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing workplace
Working knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality auditing techniques
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Certification in CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing (preferred)

Preferred Experience
Background in industries like automotive, manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with supplier quality management or regulatory audits

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
