Responsibilities
Serve customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
Serve ice creams and prepare menu items as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Assist with daily shop opening, closing, and stock management.
Requirements
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in a bakery, café, ice cream parlour, or restaurant is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
