Service Explanation: Clearly explain clinic treatments such as hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT), PRP therapy, and laser/skin care maintenance.
Empathetic Nurturing: Address patient insecurities and queries with sensitivity, strict confidentiality, and a reassuring, qualified tone.
Appointment Booking: Convert prospective leads into confirmed doctor consultation slots and coordinate schedules with the front desk/clinical team.
CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update lead status, track follow-ups, and maintain daily interaction logs accurately in CRM software or Excel.
Follow-Ups: Reconnect consistently with pending, hesitant, or postponed leads via calls and WhatsApp messages.
