Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to provide qualified hair care, cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. Basic proficiency in Tamil (spoken) is required to interact smoothly with clients and understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Styling & Cutting: Deliver qualified haircuts, styling, trimming, and beard grooming tailored to client preferences.
Hair Treatments & Coloring: Perform services like shampooing, conditioning, coloring, highlights, straightening, or smoothing treatments.
Client Consultation: Listen carefully to client needs, suggest suitable hairstyles, and offer hair care advice.
Maintain Hygiene & Safety: Keep the station, tools, and equipment disinfected, clean, and well-organized according to sanitary standards.
Customer Service:



Build welcoming and friendly relationships with clients to ensure a comfortable salon experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Basic spoken Tamil (ability to converse with local clients and understand service requests).
Skills: Knowledge of hair cutting techniques, styling tools, hair care products, and hygiene protocols.
Experience: Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Hair Styling, or equivalent practical experience in a salon.
Interpersonal Skills: Valuable customer service attitude, active listening, and a polite demeanour.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
