About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketer who can turn brand and client goals into creator campaigns that perform. You’ll handle everything from finding the right influencers to managing relationships and reporting on results.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned to brand and client objectives
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers based on niche, audience quality, and real engagement
Build lasting relationships with influencers for repeat, reliable collaborations
Write compelling, personalized outreach that gets responses
Manage end-to-end communication: negotiation, follow-ups, and query resolution
Track content delivery and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings with the team and clients

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a similar role
Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms
Ability to spot fake followers and inflated engagement
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Excellent written English, with a knack for personalized outreach
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic campaign reporting

Positive to Have
Experience with influencer tools (Modash, HypeAuditor, Upfluence, or similar)
Experience working with agencies, clients, or multiple brand categories
An existing network of creators in [niche]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
