The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and coordinate with the hiring team.
Source candidates through social media platforms, job portals and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
Support the HR team in recruitment activities and hiring drives.
Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.

Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / MBA (HR) graduates.
