Role Overview
Job Title: Senior Civil Site Engineer
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years in civil construction or site execution
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
Contractor Coordination: Direct subcontractors, laborers, and field teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Quality & Safety Control: Perform routine site inspections, enforce safety rules, and verify that construction materials meet testing standards.
Progress Tracking: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update project managers on milestone schedules or delays.
Billing & Measurements: Review contractor measurement sheets and assist in verifying site execution bills.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical roadblocks or design discrepancies directly in office.
