Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Intern / Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work on drone mechanical components, laser-cut designs, 3D enclosures, mechanical assemblies, and product development.

This role is suitable for freshers with a basic understanding of mechanical design who are interested in gaining practical experience through engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Design laser-cut parts and prepare DXF files for manufacturing.
Design 3D enclosures for electronic products and components.
Design drone frames, motor mounts, brackets, and other mechanical components.
Create mechanical assemblies and check component fitment and clearances.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and material details.
Assist in component mounting and the integration of electronic parts into mechanical assemblies.
Support prototyping, 3D printing, and product development activities.
Maintain design documentation.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 is preferred.
Understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions,



and tolerances.
Basic knowledge of laser cutting and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and mounting techniques.
Basic knowledge of electronic components such as PCBs, connectors, and switches.
Basic understanding of aerodynamics, including lift, drag, thrust, and airflow.
Willingness to learn current tools, technologies, and design techniques.
Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
B.Tech./B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience can apply.
Candidates with relevant academic projects or practical CAD design experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of 3D printing and prototype development.
Familiarity with DXF, STEP, STL, and other common CAD file formats.

Interest in drone technology, mechanical systems, and product development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
