Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from various departments.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel




Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
