We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality for a hospitality project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
Train and guide team members on housekeeping procedures.
Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is required.
Valuable English communication skills.
