WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D;)

Location: Kauvery Hospitals – Alwarpet, Chennai

We are looking for a proactive and passionate L&D; professional to drive employee learning, development and organizational training initiatives in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Plan, coordinate and conduct employee training programmes.
Organize current employee induction and orientation programmes.
Coordinate mandatory training, compliance and competency-based programmes.
Develop training calendars and maintain training records.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
Coordinate with HODs and department trainers for training requirements.
Prepare monthly training reports, MIS and training effectiveness reports.
Support employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or relevant qualification.
Experience: 3–5 years in Learning & Development / Training.
Healthcare or hospital industry experience preferred.




Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel reporting.
Ability to coordinate training programmes and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in spoken English and Tamil is mandatory.
