Role Overview
Aapko students/parents aur teachers ko call karke Faculty Finder platform ke baare me batana hai, unki requirement samajhni hai, aur unhe platform par register karwana hai.
Key Responsibilities
Daily outbound calls karna (leads aur database par)
Students/parents ko platform aur verified teachers ke baare me samjhana
Teachers ko platform par join karne ke liye convince karna
Leads ko follow-up karna aur conversion tak le jana
CRM/Excel me call details update karna
Daily aur monthly targets achieve karna
Requirements
12th pass ya graduate (freshers welcome)
Hindi me achhi communication skills, English basic
Convincing power aur polite tone
Basic computer/mobile knowledge
Target-driven aur learning attitude
Good to Have
Telecalling ya sales ka 6 mahine+ experience
Education/coaching industry ka background
Salary & Advantages
Fixed salary: Rs. 4000/- to Rs. 8000/- per month
