We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and industry-oriented BIM Engineer Faculty to train fresh graduates, student engineers, and working professionals in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, standards, and real-world project workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging live classroom or online training sessions on BIM tools, multi-disciplinary coordination, and construction workflows. [1]
Curriculum & Material Development: Develop and update practical course curricula, exercise datasets, step-by-step guides, project assignments, and assessment tests. [1, 2]
Software Instruction: Teach core tools and methodologies, including:
Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP)
Navisworks (Clash detection and timeline simulation)
AutoCAD and Common Data Environment (CDE) / BIM 360 basics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:



B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Technical Proficiency: Robust hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
BIM Knowledge: Explicit understanding of LOD (Level of Development), parameter management, clash coordination, and documentation standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills with patience for mentoring beginners.
Experience: Fresher or [1–3] years of practical experience working as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator or teaching in a technical institute.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
